Message frequency varies based on operational activity. Messages are sent only as needed for internal business operations.

Authorized participants may reply STOP at any time to opt out of receiving SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Message delivery is handled through Twilio, which maintains its own security and compliance standards.

Phone numbers and message logs are retained only as long as necessary for operational and compliance purposes, or as required by applicable law.
